Apples were our focus this week!
Here the students are displaying their "Apple Annie" characters.
On Friday our school particiated in the Mississippi State Extension "Body Walk". It was a walk through body where we learned facts about each part of your body. Thanks to some parent volunteers for leading a group through!
The Fun Friday treat was to make apple pies. Mrs. Abraham slices the apples as the students wait patiently.
The students all helped make the apple pie- 1 tablespoon of sugar at a time.
Sprinkle some cinnamon!
Add the butter, cover the top with another crust, and put it in the oven.
Tasting the pie after it was finished baking!
Some students were not so sure about the apple pie- but most took at least one bite!
