Gingerbread Boy and Girl

The Monday before we got out for Christmas break, we wrapped up our study of many, many different gingerbread books.  We had plans to make our own gingerbread boy and gingerbread girl, but it didn’t work out quite like we had planned!

Lots to Catch Up on

Well, it’s been a while since this blog has been updated but we have been SUPER busy in kindergarten getting TONS of BRAN WRINKLES!

Apples were our theme unit a few weeks ago.

We estimated how many seeds would be in the center  of the apple, then sliced it open and counted them. 2011-2012 Kindergarten63

We have READERS~ the students are learning sight words and are now reading.2011-2012 Kindergarten64

During our apple unit each student brought in an apple and then we graped each color of apple.
